Introduction:- hampel committee is formed for making a consolidated code "combined code" by reviewing and revising recommendations of Cadbury and Greenbury committee.
This committee is formed under the chairmanship of Sir Ronald Hampel and published it's report on 1998.
This Committee had given some recommendations which we had discussed in this video.
