1 kg horse meat
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup cane vinegar
½ cup brown sugar (adjust to taste)
1 head garlic (minced)
2 tbsp luya (ginger)
1 tsp crushed peppercorns
2-3 pcs bay leaves
2–3 pcs siling labuyo
1 tsp salt
¼ cup cooking oil (for marinade)
¼-½ cup oil (for frying, para magmantika)
