For a long, long time I had been desperate to see the Northern Lights, or Aurora Borealis.
Finally on 14 March 2016 this wish came true, on a very cold, but thankfully clear, night in Alta, Norway. After many hours standing, patiently waiting, we were treated to a fabulous display, as she danced for us. All these photos were taken by me, in those few hours, and hopefully they give an indication of nature's beauty, for those who haven't been lucky enough to see her in person.
Can't believe this was now five years ago, unfortunately I haven't seen them since but love to see her dance again!!
