*'S' FOOD EXAMPLES - SPEED FOODS*
Veggies (Most veggies, not all - e.g not potatoes). Fruit (Most Fruit, not all - e.g. not Pineapple or Mango)
*'P' FOOD EXAMPLES - PROTEIN FOODS*
Meat, Poultry, Game & Offal, White Fish, Shellfish, Oily Fish, Fish Products, Eggs, Dairy Products (limited - e.g Cottage Cheese), Plant Based Proteins, Some Beans, Peas & Lentils
