I had the chance a few decades ago to interview Gene and Paul about the Tipper Gore's PMRC and record labeling since the wife of Tulsa's congressman was involved at the time. They both made some good points and said things that I still quote today.
And, yes, I delayed a KISS concert in the process.
If only 16-year-old me could be there to watch.
