كيكة طرية وهشة بطعمة طيبة وحلاوة معتدلة، أطيب شي لأيام الخريف 🍁🍂🍰

المكونات الكيك :
6 بيضات
4 أكواب طحين
1 1/2 کوب سکر
1 1/2 كوب حليب بودرة
1 1/2 كوب زيت
ملعقتين لبن
ملعقة كبيرة فانيليا
ملعقة كبيرة بيكينج باودر

Cake Ingredients:
6 eggs
4 cups flour
1 ½ cups sugar
1 ½ cups powdered milk
1 ½ cups oil
2 tablespoons yogurt
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 tablespoon baking powder




للكريمة خلطت 4 أكياس كريم باودر مع كوبين حليب سائل.

For the cream, I mixed 4 packets of whipped cream powder with 2 cups of liquid milk.



للزينة استعملت شوكولا بيضا على شكل أوراق خريفية. لونتها بألوان الطعام، وما كان عندي برتقالي فخلطت (الأحمر مع الأصفر).

For the decoration, I used white chocolate shaped like autumn leaves. I colored it with food coloring — and since I didn’t have orange, I just mixed (red and yellow) together.
