High protein breakfast| Hummus veggie toast from scratch

Must try recipe to enjoy middle eastern flavours!!!
Ingredients:
Tawa roast:
-------------------
Boiled chickpeas / white chana / chole - 1/2 cup
Cauliflower - 1/2 cup
Carrot - 1
Chilli powder - 1tsp
Garam masala - 1tsp
Fennel seeds powder - 1tsp ( optional)
Salt - 1 tsp
Oregano - 1tsp (optional)
Chilli flakes - 1 tsp ( optional)
Oil - 1tbsp
Roast all the veggies in tawa or bake in oven 180C for 15 mins
Hummus spread:
---------------------------
Boiled chickpeas - 1/2 cup
Roasted sesame Seeds - 1/4 cup
Red chilli - 1tsp
Salt- 1tbsp
Garlic - 2
Oil- 1tbsp
Add water and grind to smooth paste.
Toast the bread, apply hummus spread and add tawa roasted veggies on top.
High protein hummus spread is ready.
