Note that the first secret area shown here is automatically sealed shut 30 seconds after the player starts the level. See    • Doom II level 27, Monster Condo: Timer-loc...   for a video showing that area being closed off.

Also, a maximum Secret score of 87% is normal for this map, because a teleport pad is flagged as Secret, but the player character's axis cannot normally touch the surface of the pad before teleportation occurs. (It's not entirely impossible to get credit for the secret, just unusual. See    • Doom II level 27, Monster Condo: 'Impossib...   for an example.)
