ASKFIRMATIONS and Afformations for Self Concept - Neville Goddard Law of Assumption

If you have blocks or limiting beliefs about yourself, using a special type of self concept affirmations called Askfirmations, or Afformations, are how to reprogram your mind! Using I am affirmations in the form of a question helps release limiting beliefs and remove subconscious blockages. The subconscious mind is tricked as it doesn’t filter a question the same way it does a statement (or positive affirmations), thus releasing resistance. This affirmation meditation is how to build self concept - which will help you attract your specific person (manifest SP). You can use this self concept meditation as affirmations to become more confident, affirmations to change self concept, or as daily positive morning affirmations. Based on Neville Goddard teachings and Florence Scovel Shinn affirmations.
