The name of the city in Ezekiel 48 is 'Yahweh Shammah' - usually translated 'The LORD is There'. Tim Mackie from @bibleproject points out that this is not an entirely accurate translation, because the Hebrew word 'sham' has a suffix on it called a 'directional heh' - which indicates motion towards the location. But Tim's interpretation doesn't solve the problem - it just shifts the location of Yahweh from the city to the Temple, instead of recognising Yahweh's presence in the city is dependant on his motion towards the city.
