Every time I show this on my stories, I get so many messages requesting the recipe. So here it is, a better-for-you Mint Chip Milkshake for Saint Patrick’s Day (or any day!). ☘️
If you’re looking for a sweet treat without refined sugar or gluten, and with 35g of protein, you’re going to be obsessed with this shake.
If you want to simplify when it comes to holiday recipes, keep your menu SMALL and repeat it year after year. Keep your favorite, tried & true recipes printed hard copy for easy reference.

Mint Chip Milkshake:
To a high speed blender (I use a stainless steel @vitamix ), add:
1c grass fed whole milk
1/2c no salt added, low fat cottage cheese
1/2c baby spinach (highly suggest pre freezing the leaves)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1-2 drops peppermint extract
1 Tbsp refined sugar free chocolate chips
1c crushed ice
Blend until creamy and (optional) top with whipped cream + more chocolate chips.
