The Canadiens trailed early but flipped the script in the 2nd and absolutely dominated in the 3rd period to beat the Mammoth 6-2. Cole Caufield scored twice, and contributions from Alex Newhook and Oliver Kapanen helped propel the rally. Goalie Sam Montembeault stopped 25 shots and the team now has a six-game point streak. The Mammoth struck first via Kailer Yamamoto, but Montreal’s relentless pressure, timely goals, and opportunism turned the tide in the final frame.
