"Fairborn has a small town vibe. Obviously things to do, Definitely a place where we feel comfortable. There's bigger cities that, in my opinion, don't have the same vibe. I like when you can go to the grocery and see lots of people you know; all the hometown things that you guys do around the community, and the festivals.
