Ease into your day awakening your body and grounding your energy with this morning yoga flow.
We'll wake things up with a standing warm up of side bends + walking side bends, revolve forward fold, chair cat-cows and one round of vinyasa.
The main sequence includes chair with eagle arms, high lunge w eagle arms, warrior II, triangle, pyramid and wide legged forward fold with eagle arms.
To cool things down and ground we end with child's pose, thread the needle, puppy pose and a seated twist. Then finish with a 2 minute seated forward fold to settle your breath and carry a sense of clarity into the rest of your day.
