American Girl Addy's Skillet Peach Cobbler! (Vintage 90's American Girl Cookbook)

We have another American Girl Cookbook to review this week and Addy's favorite food to make! The cookbook is extra cute and packed with historical facts along with some great recipes. This peach cobbler was easy to make and extremely tasty!
Here's what you'll need:
Fruit Filling:
4 c sliced Peaches, fresh or frozen
2 T Flour
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 c Sugar
Crush:
1 c Flour
1 T Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
3 T Butter
6 T Half and Half
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 T Sugar
Mix peaches, flour and cinnamon in a large bowl. Pour fruit mix into greased iron skillet. For crust, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a bowl. Cut butter into small chunks and cut into flour mix. Add half and half. Mix together. Place dough on floured surface. Knead for about 30 seconds then roll out to about 1/4" thick. Cut crust with cookie cutter of your choice. Arrange on top of peaches. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over top of cobbler. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.
