This video tells the story of three siblings and their brother, who struggles with the overwhelming effects of digital fatigue. Constantly surrounded by screens, he experiences stress, exhaustion, and disconnection from real life. With the support and guidance of his siblings, he begins to recognize the negative impact of his habits and gradually adopts healthier routines. The title “PAUSE” represents the simple yet powerful act of stopping for a moment taking a break from the digital world to breathe, reflect, and reconnect with real life. By choosing to pause, we are reminded that life beyond the screen offers deeper meaning, genuine connections, and healthier ways of living.
This is our entry to the NHPEO2025 Vlog Competition.
