In Spring 2022, my wife and I spent a few unforgettable days cycling through the heart of Sonoma County. This video follows one of our favorite routes—a stunning ride from Duncans Mills out to the Pacific coast via Cazadero and the winding Fort Ross Road.
Join us as we climb through peaceful redwood forests, roll past charming small towns, and soak in sweeping ocean views along iconic Highway 1. I tackled the route on my own bike, while my wife enjoyed the extra boost of a rented eBike—perfect for the steep coastal climbs!
