Ingredients:

4 medium Chicken drumsticks with or without skin
4 - 5 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
1 - 2 Tsp Garlic Powder or to taste
1 - 2 Tsp Smoked Paprika
0.5 - 1 Tsp Thyme
0.5 - 1 Tsp Oregano
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Red Chilli Flakes
3 Medium Potatoes cut up
