北海道武専の開講で彼らに会い指導するのは、およそ３年ぶりである。コロナ禍で安全を重視しながらの活動であった。伊藤道院長、福田支部長を相手に詳細な技法の解説を行った。

Guidance for the group of Doincho and Shibucho.

It is the first time in about three years that I have met and instructed them at the Class of Hokkaido Busen. It was an activity that emphasized safety due to the corona. I explained the detailed technique to Mr. Ito and Mr. Fukuda. Taiji Tamura Sensei also provided technical guidance to them.

石狩緑苑道院の伊藤道院長石狩緑苑支部の福田支部長に小手投げを行ってもらった。二人は二足転身で投げる方法で行ったが、私は小手投げは振り投げであることを指導する。

Mr. Ito, Director of Ishikari Ryokuen Doin, Mr. Fukuda, Director of Ishikari Ryokuen Branch, did Kote Nage. The two went on using nisoku tenshin throw, but I taught that Kote Nage is Furi Nage.
I am concerned that the original method of this technique has been forgotten before I knew it. I want you to understand the importance of the technique of throwing and to convey it.

小手投が振投として構成されていることを、伊藤道院長に相手をしてもらいながら詳細に指導した。技を行っているときは決して止まることがあってはならない。そして小手の急所の部分を右手の急所をを攻めることで、相手はその痛みで空中に投げ飛ばされる豪快な技となっている。急所を攻めながら右後ろ後方に右足を開き下がることが難しいのである。その瞬間に相手は空中に投げ飛ばされるのである。

I gave detailed instructions to the director of Doincho Ito about the fact that small throws are structured as Furi Nage(swing throws). You should never stop when you are doing this technique. And by attacking the key point of the right hand with the key point of the Kote, the opponent is thrown into the air by the pain, which is a dynamic technique. It is difficult to open the right foot to the rear right and back while attacking the key points. At that moment, the opponent is thrown into the air.

相手が中段へ攻撃をして来たときに、下受けをしながらかわし、手首より上の部分に左手をかけ、右手を相手の手首の小指側を攻めながら左足を180度に開き下がり、その相手の腕を後方上方に引き、その右手を斜め後方に回転させながら空中に投げ飛ばすのである。回転させながら急所を攻めることで激痛で投げ飛ばすという豪快な技である。受けた位置からかなりの距離を振り投げるということを理解してもらいたい。小手投げは振り投げであると言われたのは中野先生のご指導によるものであることを付け加えておく。

When the opponent attacks the chudan, while receiving a backflip, put the left hand on the part above the wrist, and open the left foot 180 degrees while attacking the little finger side of the opponent's wrist with the right hand, and that the opponent's arm is pulled backward and upward, and the right hand is rotated diagonally backward and thrown into the air. It is a dynamic technique of throwing away with severe pain by attacking the key points while rotating. I want you to understand that you throw a considerable distance from the position you received. It should be added that it was under the guidance of Nakano Sensei that the Kote Nage was said to be a swing throw.

伊藤道院長と福田支部長に振り投げについて詳細な指導を行った。受け方、手のかけ方、この技の生命線とも云うべき、後方へのベクトルの動きかたをこと細かく指導した。投げるときにまだ二足転身で投げるのではなく、後方に振り投げることを理解させるように指導した。どうしても振り投げることに至っていないことを指摘した。二人は受け身を確実に出来るので、振り投げに対する対応も正しく理解すれば出来るようになる。今日中にこの振り投げを習得出来るように詳細に指導した。

I gave detailed guidance on throwing to Doincho Ito and Shibucho Fukuda. I gave detailed instructions on how to receive, how to handle, and how to move the vector backward, which can be said to be the lifeline of this technique. I was instructed to understand that when throwing, instead of throwing on two legs, throwing backwards. I pointed out that they had not been able to throw it. Since they can be passive, they will be able to do it if they understand how to deal with throwing. I taught in detail so that they could learn this swing throwing by the end of today.

手の攻める部分、手首の部分に間隙をつくるかけ方、二足で投げるのではなく、相手を浮かせるように崩す方向、投げ飛ばす際に斜め後方に急所を攻めながら行うということを詳細に指導した。こうしたやり方をやったことのない人には不思議に思うかも知れないがこの難しさを是非行ってもらいたい。私は中野先生が北海道に来られた際に詳細にご指導いただいた。昨日のことのように覚えていて、このやり方を後世に伝えなければと思い、武専で各地を指導しに行った時に行ったものである。

I taught in detail how to make a gap in the part where the hand attacks, how to make a gap in the wrist part, the direction to break the opponent so that it floats instead of throwing opponent with 1 or 2, and how to attack the key point diagonally backward when throwing. It may seem strange to anyone who has never done this, but I would like you to do this difficulty. I received detailed guidance when Sensei Nakano Masaomi
came to Hokkaido. I remembered it like yesterday, and thought that I had to pass on this method to posterity, so I went there when I went to teach various places at Busen.
