Kitaab Lucknow with Dr. Ambrish Mithal & Shivam Vij

An engaging session of #Kitaab in Lucknow marked the launch of ‘The Weight Loss Revolution’ by Dr. Ambrish Mithal & Shivam Vij. The book was formally launched by Chief Guest, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister Shri Brajesh Pathak; Guest of Honour, Dr. Soniya Nityanand; the author, Dr. Ambrish Mithal and co-author, Shivam Vij; GM of Taj Mahal Lucknow, Vinod Pandey; senior journalist Sharat Pradhan; and Ehsaas Women of Lucknow - Ms. Madhuri Halwasiya, Ms. Deepa Mishra and Ms. Kanak Rekha Chauhan.

This session was hosted by Prabha Khaitan Foundation in association with B.P. Halwasiya Foundation, hospitality partner Taj Mahal Lucknow and Hindi print media partner Dainik Jagran.

The evening began with an introduction to the Foundation by Madhuri Halwasiya, Honorary Convenor of Awadh Affairs and Ehsaas Woman of Lucknow. The distinguished guests were warmly introduced by Ehsaas Woman of Lucknow, Deepa Mishra.

Chief Guest Shri Brajesh Pathak, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, shared his thoughts at #Kitaab Lucknow. His words added depth to an evening dedicated to health & wellness. The audience was also addressed by the Guest of Honour, Dr. Soniya Nityanand, Vice-Chancellor of KGMU, Lucknow and senior journalist Sharat Pradhan.

Mr. Vinod Pandey, GM of Taj Mahal Lucknow, felicitated the esteemed guests. The book launch ceremony was followed by a conversation between author Dr. Ambrish Mithal and co-author Shivam Vij. The session concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by Kanak Rekha Chauhan, Ehsaas Woman of Lucknow.
