CROWN ATTORNEY, PATRICK WOODS, SUGGESTED "MEDIATION", TO VICTIM OF ATTACK, BY MAN WITH A KNIFE.

NOTE: THE ACCUSED, PAUL WRIGHT, IS FACING TWO COUNTS OF ASSAULT WITH A WEAPON. ONE INVOLVING A KNIFE AND THE OTHER CHARGE, INVOLVING A FRYING PAN. ONE OF THOSE CHARGES, THE ONE INVOLVING THE ATTACK WITH THE FRYING PAN, WHICH WAS ALSO CAPTURED ON VIDEO, WAS UP FOR A HEARING AT THE COURT, ON JANUARY 20TH, FOR THE ACCUSED FIRST APPEARANCE. HIS OTHER APPEARANCE FOR THE OTHER ASSAULT WITH A WEAPON CHARGE, IS ON MARCH 23RD. HE IS ALSO DUE BACK IN COURT, ON MARCH 2ND, INVOLVING THE FIRST CHARGE, OF ASSAULT WITH A WEAPON, INVOLVING A FRYING PAN. THE ACCUSED IS ALSO FACING OTHER ASSAULT CHARGES, AS WELL. IN TOTAL HE IS FACING SIX CRIMINAL CHARGES, STEMMING FROM THOSE ASSAULTS, AGAINST THE VICTIM, WHO IS ME, IN THIS CASE.

ASSAULT WITH A WEAPON CHARGES, ARE NOT MATTERS TO BE MEDIATED AND ESPECIALLY, WHEN THERE ARE VIDEOS OF THE ASSAULT, BY THE ACCUSED. HENCE THE CROWN ATTORNEY, PATRICK WOODS, WAS CLEARLY NOT ACTING IN THE INTEREST OF JUSTICE, TO EVEN SUGGEST THAT THE VICTIM AND THE ACCUSED, MEDIATED THE CASE.

This video exposes the corruption in the Canadian courts. Here you have a victim of a crime, where she was assaulted by a man, the accused Paul Wright, who is currently facing six criminal assault charges. With two of those charges, involving weapons. Once of which is a knife and the Crown Attorney, at the accused first appearance in court, on Monday January 20, 2019, was suggesting to the victim and with the accused also present, that they mediate the matter. The victim, who is me in this case, told him that it was not a matter for mediation and as a matter of fact, not to discuss the matter off record, and to wait until the court had commenced, to bring the matter up. The Crown Attorney, Patrick Wood, was presented with Disclosure, including a video of the assaults, a medical record and pictures. The accused is due back in court on March 2nd. The Crown Attorney telling the victim, that she has to be there every time. I am saying, no I do not have to be there every time, but I will show up on March 2nd, to hear what the Crown Attorney's position is to the presiding judge. I want to see if after viewing the video of the assaults, and the medical record of my injuries, and the other evidence presented to him, by way of the Disclosure, if he will even have the audacity, to suggest, that an indictable offense under the Canadian Criminal Code, which is what an assault with a weapon is, and with the accused Paul Wright, facing at least two such charges, if he will still suggest to the judge, that the matter be mediated, or otherwise go to a trial.
