I came all the way from Glasgow for this, and didn't know what I would find.
I found a really lovely supportive environment, and the whole process remarkably effective and easy.
The team are extremely sensitive and supportive. I could've wished for nothing more. They are second to none.
The only part I found challenging was the colonic equipment because the bathroom was quite small.
The accommodation was just great.
I return with a new perspective, and dietary motivation.
