[CGMZ] Idle for RPG Maker MZ

Hi all, today we have an Input plugin, [CGMZ] Idle!
This plugin tracks how long the player has not input anything, and automatically manages an idle state which can easily play various effects through common events, switches, or variables. You can have different idle events for map or battle idling. It also includes tracking for how long the player has idled throughout the entire game.
