-Remove all interior floors, lift ballast, clean and treat bilges with metal paint, paint all ballast with metal protection paint, lay ballast back in bilges and re fit floors.
-New oak flooring fitted throughout.
-Lift boat and chock in workshops. Apply 3 coats International intertuff to hull underside.
-Weld on 10 new anodes to hull
-Replace shower waste pump
-Replace fresh water accumulator tank
-Replace water tank with new tek tanks made to measure
-Replace waste tank with new tek tanks made to measure.
4 new batteries fitted
-Complete new galley fitted including all new appliances
