[4K] Weekday walk at Malinta Valenzuela 2022 | Walking Tour | Philippines

I already have the first video of it but it's only 1080 resolution last 2021. Now it's in 4K HD and a much better realistic version. Also, I've been through more streets and establishments this time.

I'll walk you around the commercial area of Malinta Valenzuela. The name Malinta was based from an old tale. There placed used to have a small stream that was inhabited by plenty of leeches or“Linta”.

One day, a group of tired American soldiers were lost and found themselves heading down the stream. To quench their thirst, they began drinking from the stream.

After a few moments, they saw a woman walking toward them. The soldiers asked her about the name of the place. She was about to answer when she saw the squiggling leeches, she screamed in horror. “May Linta! May Linta!” she said, before running away.

Because they couldn’t understand what she meant, they assumed that the woman provided them the answer. The Americans started to call the place MALINTA and since then, Barangay Malinta came to existence.
