For this 2nd walk of 4 snow walks on February 13th, we move over to Coney Island. It is around 9am and the snow is starting to come down a little heavier once again, but the winds have subsided. We will start out in front of Nathan's on Surf Avenue and take a walk through some of the amusement park area before heading onto the Boardwalk for some sightseeing on the beach.

We will then make our way past the NY Aquarium and walk through Asser Levy Park and look at the nice winter wonderland scenery of the snow-caked trees and covered paths in the park. Once finished with the park, we will head down Ocean Parkway to Brighton Beach Avenue and walk under the "EL" on both the North side and the South side of the Avenue, before ending the walk on Ocean Parkway.

Snow will be falling for the entire walk, along with commentary as I talk about the storm and the area. Stay tuned for 2 more walks on this snowy day as I make my way to the Sunset Park section and then wrap things up in Bay Ridge / Dyker Heights - all in one snowy day!
