PlayStation 1 Composite and S-Video Cable Comparison

This video is simply a brief comparison of image quality between official PlayStation Composite and S-Video cables on the PS1. I used the PS1 menu and gameplay of WipEout 2097 to compare image quality between both cables.
Although Composite cables definitely do the job and look alright with the correct TV settings, I would recommend purchasing an official PlayStation S-Video cable if your TV has an S-Video port. The image quality is considerably better than standard Composite cables, and they are not that expensive and can easily be found online in places such as eBay and Amazon. (This video is not sponsored of course, this is just a recommendation.)
