In this video I show you in great detail the city seen from Jackson Heights, that may people over the years have believed it to be the "Ghost City." This video refutes that belief, despite it never actually being possible since the Ghost City is stored seperately from Regular Bayview.

Also, for those wondering, you cannot drive in this city. As mentioned in the video it is actually a miniature version of Bayview.
