Start from Uttarkashi, a key stop on the Gangotri route. Drive or trek from Uttarkashi to Lanka Village (about 90 km from Gangotri), then take the 1.5 km trek to Gartang Gali. The bridge is perched at 11,500 ft, offering panoramic views of the Bhagirathi Valley. Permits may be required as it’s within Gangotri National Park.
