This is a bit of a hodgepodge video but mainly focusing on the cooling system. The radiator is from PWR (formerly C&R) which is specially designed for an LS swap into an F-body. It has the main water barbs in the correct places along with the necessary steam port. It also has an integrated transmission cooler in the left end tank which I repurposed as a power steering cooler since I will be auto-crossing this on those wide 315mm front tires. The fans are dual SPAL brushless units that eat north of 20 amps each at full tilt. I'll make another video on how I got the Holley Terminator X to drive the brushless fans. I also get into some of the OCD instigated custom body shims I made and talk about other general plumbing (power steering, intake, PCV).
I spent some quality time in the parts shelves at several local auto part stores to find a set of radiator hoses that would work. For the upper, the Gates 21837 was nearly perfect after trimming. The lower I ended up with a Continental D71852 which works ok, not perfect but good enough. Other lower hoses to try if that doesn't fit are the Gates 20734 (apparently good for G-body/LS swaps) and the Dayton 71500.
