Shree Gokarna Partagali Jeevottam Math — one of India’s oldest surviving Vedic institutions — has carried forward the Guru–Shishya parampara for nearly five centuries.
In recent years, the entire Math complex has undergone a sensitive and carefully planned renovation — not to change its soul, but to protect it, strengthen it, and prepare it for the next hundred years.

In this special walkthrough, we spoke to the STRUCTURAL ENGINEER of the project Shri Abhay Kunkolienkar. He takes us on a simple, conversational tour of the renewed vastu.
He shows us how tradition has been preserved, how heritage has been stabilised, and how the campus now stands ready for the future.
