Ghost of Yotei's open world features dozens of puzzles, but the Mountain Reliquary puzzles are some of the most important. There are five of these in the world, and completing each one will upgrade an incredibly powerful charm called the Charm of Mount Yotei, which allows you to recover health from Perfect Parries in addition to lowering all incoming damage.
