Shocking Death of Priest Found Inside Shiva Temple in Jagatsinghpur

In Jagatsinghpur district’s Punang village, a shocking incident occurred at a local Shiva temple. The body of priest Om Prakash Panda was discovered inside the temple after he went for his daily worship and did not return.

Villagers found his body lying over the Shiva Lingam and immediately informed the police. The district police, along with the scientific team, reached the temple, recovered the body, and launched an investigation. While the exact cause of death is not yet confirmed, it is suspected that a fall inside the temple may have caused a fatal head injury.

The incident has left the entire village in mourning. Authorities are continuing their investigation to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the tragic death.
