Scream Truck is an on-demand food truck that delivers ice cream steps from your door with just a text. Ice cream lovers simply register on the website and then they're notified when the truck will be in their area. "The efficiency is really what's drives the business model," owner Eric Murphy tells TODAY's Dylan Dreyer.
