This is by far the biggest collaboration I've ever coordinated; bringing together 22 artists from all over the world just to carry a lil' ping pong ball around for a few minutes :). This video has been in the works since May of 2024, and it's one of TWO megaprojects dropping this spring season!

The idea to host my own megacollab came from a voice call I was having with my friend ‪@jackofallspades98‬I think we were talking about our Unexpected Screenlink collab from 2017, and at some point the conversation switched to "Machinathon", which was this cancelled machine event from 2020 where the idea was each team member would make a machine to pass a ball to the next member. The two ideas kind of fused in my mind - I suddenly had the thought that not only would a modern one ball path megacollab be refreshing to see, but it would be REALLY cool if I could reach out to a TON of old-school machine builders who haven't posted in a long time and surprise everyone by bringing some of these people back. Most of these people did not respond LOL but shoutout to the legendary PoliteCheese1414 for answering my facebook message - however, Armtek and Toothpaste35 were no joke my top two picks on the board when I wrote out my list of old-school builder names, and I feel incredibly honoured to be in the same video as them!!

I'm so so thankful to everyone involved, and everyone who was involved along the way! Also double shoutouts to both ‪@toothpaste35‬ and ‪@jackofallspades98‬ for making FULL LENGTH MACHINES for this collab you both are WILDLY generous and I'm beyond appreciative!
