A run through of setting up Pro Tools and Dolby Atmos Renderer running on a single Windows 10 PC using Asiolink Pro and Atmos renderer V5. Up until now this has only been possible on a Mac, but using Asiolink Pro, Windows users can now run both Pro Tools and the renderer on the same computer with 64 object channels. The idea of using Asiolink Pro to replace the Dolby Audio Bridge on PC came from Sam Hocking, but it was a bit of trial and error getting it all working, so this video hopefully helps get it all playing nicely for others. This is only dealing with the setup, there's plenty of videos on the actual process of mixing in Atmos that can elaborate on that part of the process.
