How to fix carburetor overflow problem in any motorcycle | Petrol overflow (pulsar 150)

In this video you will learn how to fix carburetor overflow problem in any motorcycle. Overflow problem can cause low millage and you have to look for it by inspecting the drain pipe under the carburetor . If the petrol is leaking after sometimes then that means you have a overflow problem and for repairing it or to know the reason behind it you have to open the carburetor.
To open the carburetor you have to first OFF the petrol supply from the petcock and then drain the float chamber. Then remove all the cables and senors or pipes and loose the claps from the air filter side and best to open the other side from the head. Once everything is removed and the carburetor is free then push the it from one side and pull from other end and it will come out easily.
Before open the float chamber do clean the outer surface if its to dirty , then open it and access the float needle and float. inspect the float for puncher and float needle rubber tip for wear (replace if its completely wear of) , if have dirt deposit on it then clean it with a clean cloth and also check and clean the inlet hole with air or throttle cleaner.
Once everything is cleaned reinstall the carburetor then fit it to the motorcycle and check it by ON the petrol supply for the petcock.
