While my Energica EVA Ribelle was in for some work, my good friend and long-time touring companion, Chris, and I took out the Energica Experia and Zero DSR/X on the same day for a direct comparison, thanks to the kind folk at English Electric Motor Company. I have ridden both in the past and Chris had previously tried a Zero DSR/X.
We recently shared a conversation discussing the ride and our thoughts on the bikes, though my main purpose here was to gain Chris' thoughts, as I've already given mine on both bikes in the past, and he is now giving serious consideration to buying an electric motorbike, so this is a recording of that conversation, accompanied by footage of our demo ride.
