Lenten Prayer

God invites us to go deeper with Him during the sacred season of Lent... to turn away from what would distract or separate us … and to focus more intently on His presence, Holy Word, mercy and love for all creation.

In this Lenten meditation, we set aside precious time for reflection, prayer and repentance. We humbly ask God to create in us a pure heart and renew in us a steadfast spirit (Psalm 51:10) so that we might draw nearer to Him (James 4:8). And we invite the Holy Spirit to prepare our hearts and minds for Christ’s journey to the cross… for Good Friday… and for the glorious celebration of our Lord’s resurrection at Easter.
