This is the NEW 2021 road improvement proposal for the M3 J9 from highways, after there 2017 proposal. As someone who commutes through this junction, this was interesting to view. For further Info click the link above to highways England.

"We’re proposing to change junction 9, so it has free-flowing links between the M3 and the A34 both northbound and southbound. Start date 2023-24 / End date Road Period 3 (2025-2030) / Cost £125 - £175 million" - Highways England.
