Calcutta High Court dismissed a Trinamool Congress (TMC) petition challenging ED raids on I-PAC offices linked to 2026 West Bengal election preparations. The Enforcement Directorate clarified no materials were seized by them during the January 8, 2026, searches, attributing any removals to West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee. Justice Suvra Ghosh disposed of the plea after ASG SV Raju confirmed no ED seizures via panchnama records .
