This set is listed as "Paul Rubens Professional Watercolor Paint, Set of 24 Colors Glitter Phosphorescent Solid Cakes Artist Grade Watercolor Painting Kit, with a Pink Metal Portable Case, Perfect for Artist and Hobbyist" BUT the " Phosphorescent" word is misleading. I think they meant light reflective, from the sparkle (not that it has light on it's own like a glow stick). The effect is similar to Gelly Roll's Stardust pens and Wink of Stella brush markers.
