Ramsau Am Dachstein 1972 archive footage

Archival footage shot by an amateur filmmaker while visiting Austria in the summer of 1972

It contains stock footage of Ramsau Am Dachstein and a few shots of Königsee, Bavaria, West Germany:
Ramsau Kulm;
Ramsau Ort;
3:23: The view is from The Philosophenweg towards Ramsau Ort, which has changed considerably with many apartment blocks being built;
3:51: Dachstein Haus on the 5-Hüttenweg is visible;
4:26: The Alm is Halseralm on The Rittisberg;
4:48: The Steirischer Bodensee is shown, and apart from the Gasthof being enlarged, it remains pretty much the same;
5:48: The Dachstein Glacier and the walk to the Symonehütte (the footage does not capture any of the ski lifts, which may well have been constructed at a later date. However, it has been announced that Alpine Skiing will cease on the glacier due to climate changes, and they are already removing the lift pylons);
7:37: Königsee, which is actually near Berchtesgaden in Bavaria, Germany;
10:15 back to Ramsau, where you can see Haus Heidi and Pension Alpina as the camera pans to the Catholic Church.
