1 1/2 tbsp chopped ginger
10-15 small onion bulbs or big bulbs sliced
1/2 cup chopped mushroom
1/2 cup soaked and washed soy chunks
1/3 cup sweet corn
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp brown sugar
salt
1 1/2 cup one day old rice
1/2 cup green onions

2. whole wheat pizza with spring onion pesto (01:32)

dough:
1/2 cup warm water
1 tsp honey
1 tsp active dry yeast
1 tbsp olive oil
1 cup whole wheat flour
salt

spring onion pesto:
2/3 cup green parts spring onions
1/4 cup basil
1/4 cup garlic
salt pepper
1 green chilli
3 tbsp olive oil
ice if needed to help blend

3. spring onion paratha (04:08)

dough:
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour (add more flour if needed)
salt
1 tbsp sesame oil (or any other vegetable)
1/2 cup warm water

1/2 tsp turmeric
