Easy Valentine Decor DIY | Banner + Dollar Tree Frame Makeover (Transfers + Stencils!)

A Dollar Tree frame makeover using a transfer, a little paint, and an aged/distressed finish—simple, budget-friendly, and so cute for Valentine season.

I also share a few display ideas (hang it on a door, window, or tuck it into a wreath), plus quick tips for preventing paint transfer, lining up stencils, and getting transfers to stick smoothly.
