INGREDIENTS;
Chicken boneless- 400 grams
Green capsicum (cut into cubes)- 1 cup
Red capsicum (cut into cubes)- 1 cup
Onion (cut into cubes)- 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste- 1 Tbs
Salt- 1 & ½ Tsp / to taste
Black pepper- 1 & ½ Tsp
Soya sauce- 1 & ½ Tbsp
Vinegar- 1 Tbsp
Chili sauce- ¼ cup
Tomato sauce- ¾ cup
Corn starch- 3 Tsp
DIRECTIONS;
• Fry vegetables in 1 Tbsp of oil for 1 minute, on medium flame.
• Cook ginger garlic paste in 2 Tbsp of oil, on low flame for 1 minute.
• Add chicken and cook on high flame, until it’s water dries.
• Add all spices and sauces and cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
• Add 2 cups of water and cook on high flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
• Mix corn starch with 2 Tbsp of water, and add into gravy.
• Add vegetables and cook for 1 minute on high flame.
