Whats up guys and welcome back to the channel. We are headed straight back to Pelican Bay State Prison to cover the Brutal Murder of a Norteno gang member at the hands of a fellow Norteno. Uriel Otero and Fernando Torres-Lopes were each inside of a dayroom within Pelican Bay when a fight broke out. Fernando Torres would be the only person who walked away from this fight with his life. There were a lot of questions around Otero's death including why Lopez-Torres killed him and the fact that it was also be the third murder committed in the same week inside Pelican Bay.
