If My ED Relapse Triggered You: An Honest Update, On EDs In Your 30s

*More ED-related content below* ...but first I'd just like to say a huge thank you to everyone who's been supportive and lovely over the past year, & that maybe I need to make a video about Things Worth Living For? They're often not really the big dramatic exciting things, but just the small bits & bobs that bring you joy, like knitting, crochet, TV shows I watch over and over, things coming in the mail, the new season of Peaky Blinders being about to drop, seasons changing... I'm not so much excited to be alive, but very attached to the comfortable routines & hobbies I have in life, & that's a cool thing to rediscover feeling :3 Also, it's been interesting to learn how different the motivations behind an ED can be - the first video listed below is about the start of my ED, and why I was doing it when I was 14...but now that it's 22 years later, obviously I'm a very different person, with very different motivations, yet from the outside, the behaviours look the same... That's been an interesting lesson, for me!
