“Pyar Ke Mod Pe Chhodoge Jo Bahen Meri...” - For many this brilliant song can be an ultimate song for the playback of a n R.D. Burman track on their music system to get themselves immersed in trans with good music and good sound. So, yet another, a sheer bliss from the 1989 Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s milestone film Parinda! One more my personal favourite, a HUGE one from the audio cassette era, the time when “Tumse Milke” song (from this same film) overshadowed this gem. Every aspect of this song is just brilliant from playback singing to the cinematography of Vidu Vinod Chopra. Excellent intense enacting by Madhuri Dixit and Anil Kapoor to justify such a huge intense romantic song filled with sadness and longing. Much appreciation for such beautiful and intense lyrics penned by lyricist Khursheed Hallauri. The sound signature of the song is so modern and amazing even today! I do not have words for the singers - Asha ji and Suresh Wadkar ji, and the creator one and only R.D. BURMAN. Just want to bow before them…. The Current Copyrights are with TipsMusic.
