A flamegraph is a visualization of software "stack traces." While a traditional log might show you a list of errors, a flamegraph shows you where your application is spending its time or resources. It is called a "Flamegraph" because the traditional color palette (orange/yellow) and the jagged shapes often look like flickering flames.
